Presentation Guideline All accepted papers must be orally presented on site. English is the presentation language. Use appropriate visual aids (i.e. Powerpoint). Projector is prepared but you must bring your laptop PC. Speaker has 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for question and answer. Time limits are strict and must be followed. Session Chair Responsibilities Introduce the speakers and the paper title. Mind the time and prevent speakers from going over their time limit. Provide or encourage questions for question and answer time that will keep audience members engaged. Thank speakers after the session concludes.
